If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Before You Return:
To return the products, please contact us at rebelz.by.ck@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page. We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped.
Exchange or Return for a Refund:
You have the right to return all products you have bought from us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving them. If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, we ask that they be in new conditions (ie: unworn/tags still attached). All items must be unused with labels and packaging intact for full reimbursement.
When returning or exchanging any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method of when your placed your order.
After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking number of the returning parcel is required; we will handle the product exchange or refund upon receiving the returning parcel.
Damaged items:
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Notice:
If you've read through this and still aren't sure if you qualify for a return, feel free to contact us. There are always circumstances that fall outside of the normal guidelines and we want to help.
Do not send it directly to the address on the parcel. It may be one of the carrier's transit warehouse, which is not correct.
Note that the returning package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date the shipping information shows you received.
